How our flat-fee billing works

  • · Quote up front. After a free 20-minute consult we send a written engagement letter with the exact flat fee — no hidden hourly charges.
  • · Payment plans available. Most flat fees can be split into 2–3 milestones (signing / filing / approval).
  • · USCIS fees are separate. Government filing fees, biometrics, premium processing, and translator costs are paid directly by you. We list current USCIS fees for every petition so there are no surprises.
  • · RFE handling. One RFE response is included in most flat fees. Complex RFE/NOID rescue cases are quoted separately if you didn't file with us originally.
  • · Refund policy. Unearned fees are refunded on written request, calculated against the milestone schedule. Detailed in your engagement letter.
